This director-level role is designed for a strategic and hands-on leader who can ensure successful deal fulfillment and delivery across media and video operations. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, translating signed deals into high-quality, on-time outcomes while building scalable systems and processes. This position involves close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align operational execution with business objectives. You will lead and mentor a team of Operations Managers, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and consistency across multiple verticals. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, and is passionate about building high-performing teams and systems. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, revenue durability, and the growth of the media vertical.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end fulfillment for media deals, managing timelines, scope, resourcing, and quality.
  • Oversee video, audio, and motion capture pipelines, ensuring consistent execution across projects.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and external partners to translate deal terms into actionable plans.
  • Design, implement, and improve operational workflows for the media vertical.
  • Build scalable systems for scheduling, production tracking, delivery, and reporting.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing media product success team.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform future offerings and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, deal operations, client delivery, or chief of staff roles—preferably in media, AI, or tech.
  • Proven experience managing teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong operational instincts with the ability to design scalable systems, not just execute them.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and team coaching.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with AI-driven media, creative technologies, or enterprise post-sale delivery.
