Head of OPM

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of OPM in Denmark.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to act as the strategic and operational driver for a high-impact blockchain network, overseeing growth, performance, and ecosystem development. You will operate as the CEO of the network, influencing product, business development, partnerships, and marketing to transform it into a leading platform for DeFi, stablecoins, and next-generation on-chain applications. The role combines P&L ownership, strategic vision, and cross-functional influence, requiring a balance of data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution. You will define key metrics, scale ecosystem initiatives, and ensure the network serves as both a proving ground and a neutral launchpad for enterprises. Success in this position demands strong analytical, technical, and strategic skills, along with credibility in the crypto ecosystem and the ability to navigate a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

• Define and execute the long-term vision, north-star metrics, and strategic positioning of the blockchain network.
• Own overall P&L and growth trajectory, balancing performance, stability, and ecosystem alignment.
• Lead quarterly planning and cross-functional alignment across Product, BD, Marketing, and Partnerships.
• Drive ecosystem expansion, securing top-tier protocol integrations and partnerships to increase TVL, user adoption, and activity.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize network-specific roadmap features, upgrades, and technical feedback loops.
• Partner with Marketing to craft the network’s narrative, oversee launch readiness, and act as a public-facing spokesperson where appropriate.
• Establish clear reporting structures for metrics, governance, and stakeholder communication.

• 6–10+ years of experience in crypto-native or blockchain ecosystems, including DeFi, L1/L2, or protocol leadership.
• Proven track record as a strategic generalist capable of driving both technical and growth initiatives.
• Experience building and scaling ecosystems from inception to maturity, with data-driven decision-making expertise.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Credible voice with developers, partners, and governance participants, capable of representing the network publicly.
• Analytical, operational, and strategic thinker with experience in P&L management and ecosystem growth initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage complex projects and align multiple orgs.
