This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale the renewals function across a diverse EMEA region, ensuring customers continue to achieve value while driving predictable revenue growth. You will be responsible for shaping and executing regional renewals strategy, managing complex customer relationships, and collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, channel partners, Revenue Operations, and Legal. This position emphasizes building consistent, scalable processes, improving forecast visibility, and identifying risks and opportunities early. You will also lead and develop a high-performing team, while continuously refining systems, policies, and operational playbooks to support retention goals. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end renewals process across the EMEA region, ensuring proactive management of customer retention and engagement.

  • Develop, communicate, and execute a regional renewals strategy aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, channel partners, Revenue Operations, and Legal to manage complex renewal workflows and improve forecast accuracy.

  • Hire, coach, and support a high-performing renewals team, focusing on accountability, development, and KPI achievement.

  • Continuously optimize renewals processes, policies, and playbooks to enhance efficiency, predictability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and mitigate renewal risks while uncovering opportunities for expansion across the region.

  • Drive improvements in systems, data quality, and automation to strengthen operational insight and execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading renewals, retention, or related customer-facing functions in a SaaS or subscription-based business.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue-related targets and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong experience building, developing, and growing high-performing teams, with a people-first approach to coaching and performance management.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, channel teams, Revenue Operations, and Legal.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills with experience using reporting, systems, and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Understanding of both direct and channel go-to-market models and their impact on the renewals lifecycle.

  • Leadership style aligned with values of collaboration, transparency, and accountability in a remote environment.

  • Familiarity with SaaS tools and systems used to manage renewals processes.
