We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Controller to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization. In this role, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective financial planning. You will provide executive-level insights to drive strategic decision-making, support business growth, and optimize processes across finance and operations. • Oversee financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and executive-level dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and system integrations for efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct profitability and performance analyses across product lines, customer segments, and business units.
• Mentor and lead finance team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred; Master’s or MBA a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 3–5 years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role.
• Experience with e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based businesses is highly desirable; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP) and e-commerce/inventory management platforms.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence/reporting tool skills.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations, with a proven track record in compliance and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills for executive reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment aligned with Central Time business hours.
