About the job

Start working for a super cool scale up. The company has developed a smarter way to handle returns: A tool that makes returns and claims smarter for both you and your customers. The product helps webshops retain 30–50% of revenue otherwise lost through returns and refunds. In this job you will work within a startup environment with high energy, a strong feedback culture, and close collaboration with the founders.

As a sales development representative you will be mostly doing outbound sales, focussing on booking qualified demos for a SaaS product in the e-commerce space. You will work with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation to create pipeline. There is also warm leads coming in from campaigns, but most will be cold. In this job there is a strong focus on quality over quantity. The sales journey is approximately 1 month.

The sales cycle will be like this: Lead → Demo → Follow-up → Close (typically within 1–3 calls).

Your qualifications

💭 You are a native Norwegian speaker, with English skills as well.

🎓 You have minimal one earlier job experience in sales or in a outbound role. Experience with B2B/SaaS/Marketing product is a plus (not required).

💻 You are comfortable and confident with cold calling.
