In this role, you will lead complex projects, turn insights into actionable recommendations, and help accelerate the execution of our corporate strategy. Core Responsibilities

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in advancing our strategic agenda. With your excellent ability to understand strategy and translate it into actionable plans, you will tackle our most complex and critical business challenges.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving strategic insights and impact through overall recommendations for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Conducting complex strategic projects within commercial, business models, M&A, digitalization, operations, and infrastructure in close collaboration with senior leaders.
• Contributing to the development of Norlys’ next corporate strategy.
• Providing mentorship and training to junior members of the team.

We expect you to bring strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results. Your mindset is results-driven, focused on excellence and measurable impact. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environments, where you will challenge the status quo and lead strategic projects from concept to completion.

You will engage and align diverse stakeholders across functions and organizational levels to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities.

Furthermore, we expect you to possess:

• Solid demonstrated success in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights, and important conclusions from complex business problems.
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Digital, M&A or capital-intensive sectors is a plus.
• Speaks and writes English fluently; Danish is a plus.
