AI is becoming central to how Norlys works, serves customers, and competes. We need someone who can own the people side of our AI transformation, turning individual productivity gains into measurable business outcomes.
You will report to the Head of AI and be accountable for ensuring that every part of Norlys - from customer service to finance, from field operations to commercial teams - builds the capability and confidence to use AI in their daily work. Not as a nice-to-have, but as an embedded part of how we operate.
Set direction and priorities. Design the strategy and roadmap for AI enablement of our workforce: capability levels by function, critical roles, and rollout waves. Partner with business areas to discover and prioritise high-impact AI use-cases and translate them into concrete initiatives.
Enable and scale adoption. Orchestrate AI training with learning teams and function-specific trainers: define what is taught, to whom, and when. Build and support AI champion networks. Run pilots in receptive teams and scale what works across Norlys. Drive adoption and change management - address resistance, ensure AI is embedded in real processes, not side projects.
Track impact and create accountability. Define and track KPIs for productivity, quality and time savings. Create transparency and follow-up so leaders are accountable for AI adoption and impact in their own areas.
You come from a program management, change management or transformation background. You know how to design and drive change across a complex organisation - not by building a parallel structure, but by enabling the people and functions that already exist.
If you have questions about the position, please contact Head of AI, Martin, at marwic@norlys.dk.
We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and will take down the job posting once we've found the right candidate, so please send us your CV as soon as possible.
