Service Project Manager (ProCare - Development and support)

Are you passionate about driving innovation and transforming service offerings? Do you thrive in a role where strategy meets execution? At JBT Marel, we are looking for a Service Project Manager (ProCare - Development and support) to help shape and professionalize our service product portfolio.

In this role, you will take ownership of key service development initiatives, with a strong focus on implementation and change management—ensuring new solutions are successfully embedded into the organization.

You will also contribute to a broader transformation, expanding our service portfolio beyond traditional offerings and supporting the development of new digital service solutions.

Your Responsibilities

You will play a central role in developing and implementing a stronger, more future-ready service portfolio—translating strategy into scalable, commercially viable solutions and ensuring their successful adoption.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the development and implementation of service product offerings
  • Translating value propositions into commercial models
  • Leveraging existing capabilities across global teams and identifying gaps
  • Leading the development of new capabilities where needed

You will also be responsible for product development and execution:

  • Defining value propositions and customer-centric solutions
  • Establishing and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
  • Implementing solutions from concept to operational rollout
  • Managing the service product lifecycle

To support successful adoption, you will:

  • Develop service sales enablement materials
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams and engage customers to validate solutions

A key part of the role is stakeholder alignment and capability building. You will:

  • Ensure strong stakeholder alignment across functions and regions
  • Align on the service portfolio and digital roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to project management structures and best practices within your scope

Your Profile

We are looking for a structured and proactive project manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You bring:

  • Higher vocational education or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of project management experience
  • Experience in service or product development, preferably using agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to develop value propositions and commercial models
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

In addition, you are:

  • A strong communicator with excellent English skills
  • Analytical, structured, and confident in decision-making
  • Results-driven, with a clear focus on delivery
  • Experience with change management is a strong advantage.
