Do you want to work with production in an international company where you gain responsibility from day one and develop quickly within Operations?
At JABS Group, we offer a 2-year Operations Trainee program where you will become an active part of our production setup and gain hands-on experience with both operations and development projects across the organization.
As an Operations Trainee, you will become part of our Operations team and work closely with our Operations Director, as well as colleagues across functions and locations.
You will be based in Odense but will also have regular travel to our production sites in Poland, Estonia, and Romania. Here, you will gain insight into our production processes and work hands-on with identifying and implementing improvements.
The role is designed to give you a broad understanding of how an international production organization operates, both operationally and strategically. You will gradually take on more responsibility and, as you develop, have the opportunity to manage your own projects.
You will work with a combination of operations, analysis, and projects. This means you will gain an understanding of day-to-day production while also contributing to the development and optimization of our processes.
