Become our new Business Controller

As Business Controller, you’ll be based at our headquarters in Odense and work closely with the Business Controlling Manager. Together, you’ll be part of a small but strong Finance team working with accounting, reporting, controlling, and analysis.

We’re looking for someone who’s motivated by developing, analysing, and creating solutions that make a real impact on the business – and who wants to optimise processes within both Business Controlling and Finance in general.

You will, among other things:

Develop KPIs, reporting, and support the business with data-driven insights

Update and ensure the quality of data foundations while optimising workflows and processes

Build and use analytical models for business decision-making

Monitor key figures and prepare conclusions and recommendations

Create insight through forecasts and analyses

Participate in and drive projects that improve financial and business processes

Act as a proactive sparring partner and contributor in cross-functional projects throughout the organisation

We’re looking for someone who

Has a broad mindset and thrives working across production, commercial business, and ESG

Has strong analytical skills and can present complex data in a structured, results-oriented way

Is an advanced Excel user and comfortable with financial modelling tasks

Has experience with Power BI and a general interest in IT

Works in a structured, engaged way and has a high drive

Isn’t afraid to challenge our data models, setups, and calculations

Holds a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within controlling, business management, or finance
