Are you motivated by the idea of shaping new products from concept to launch? Do you enjoy turning complex, technical ideas into clear customer value? Then this Product Manager role could be a great match for you! 

The team you will be part of: 
You’ll become part of a tight-knit team of five Product Managers with diverse profiles, all motivated to build products that go beyond customer needs. From your base, at our HQ in Ballerup, you’ll report to our Head of New Product Development (NPD), sitting in Singapore, and collaborate closely with specialists across R&D, Commercial, Operations, and other key functions – in an environment that emulates that of a start-up within a larger company.  

We are in motion—with multiple products in the pipeline and big aspirations for the future. You will lead and manage end-to-end Product Management tasks within New Product Development projects. You will be the link between customers, business, and our R&D teams, making sure we build the right products – and build them right.  


Your contribution is appreciated, and you will: 

  • Own the product lifecycle - from opportunity identification and concept development to launch and lifecycle management. 

  • Build clear business cases - helping shape value propositions, tradeoffs, and manage commercial targets to deliver profitable products that make sense for the business and the market.  

  • Distil customer and end-user needs into a proposed life cycle/in-market roadmaps based on insights and data supporting the product and overall company strategy 

  • Ensure smooth handover of NPD projects, provide guidance and recommendations on product life cycle activities. 

  • Keep momentum strong - ensure timely and clear communication to stakeholders.  

  • Manage competitive intelligence for NPD projects, working cross-functionally to build a holistic picture of the market that supports informed product launch decisions.   

  • Leverage continuous learning from existing products in market and customer feedback on unmet needs and pain points into concrete development actions. Apply these insights to shape and prioritize optimized decisions in new product development projects. 

  • Liaise with various functions within Global Marketing, R&D, Business Management, Service and Support, Operations, sales regions and more to ensure products are performing in the market 
     

Your interpersonal skills, effective collaboration, and creative thinking will help us to deliver new products on time, with uncompromised quality, even under challenging timelines. 

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have: 

  • Experience in Product Management, having taken new products from concept to launch. 

  • A business-oriented background 

  • Possess a keen business acumen that focuses on customers, value, and impact rather than solely on features and specifications. 

  • A deep interest in technology and the customer experience, along with experience in collaborating with highly technical teams and products. 

  • Extensive stakeholder management skills 

  • Attuned problem-solving skills, taking a structured and methodical approach: you work from information at hand, and make considered, well-reasoned decisions. 

  • An initiative-driven work ethic – you identify what needs to be done and take action without waiting for direction. 

  • Genuine curiosity – about our customers, our technology, the market, and how we can do things better. 

  • Solid Office suite skills to communicate insights, structure cases, and prepare decision material.
