THE POSITION

As part of our skilled and dedicated Production Engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable supply of high-end laser systems and related technologies for diverse industrial applications.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Mastering and improving existing production processes – including writing SOPs, training, and supporting production technicians.
• Troubleshooting production issues, performing failure analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyzing production data to identify and implement improvements in quality and productivity.
• Collaborating with R&D and other departments to bring new products and processes into production.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Building strong relationships and maintaining effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you should have a technical background in one or more of the following areas: optics/photonics, electronics, or production engineering. You have a strong affinity for processes and enjoy enabling others to follow them accurately.

Additionally, you bring:

• Experience with complex technical systems (e.g., optical fibers, free space optics, or electronic test setups).
• A proactive and process-driven mindset.
• A few years of experience from a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• A valid Danish work permit.
