We're hiring three student assistants to help scale AI adoption across Inpay. You won't just be supporting the Data & AI team - you'll support AI initiatives across the organization, from Compliance to Operations to Finance.

This is a hands-on role that combines building AI solutions with helping teams across Inpay adopt and get real value from them. Focus areas are contributing to documentation, well-structured knowledge bases, practical training, and governance guidelines that people follow.

What You'll Do
  • Help shape and roll out Inpay's AI principles across the organization. Work with stakeholders to define how we use AI responsibly and how teams should evaluate AI opportunities.
  • Our AI tools are only as good as the data they can access. You'll help teams to restructure their internal knowledge base, create metadata standards, and build templates that make information AI-ready for our Copilot agents.
  • Expand our AI training programme by developing materials, running sessions, and helping non-technical colleagues discover what's possible with AI tools.
  • Support scaling our Copilot Studio agents across teams by gathering feedback, improving knowledge sources, and helping departments adopt AI assistants.


What you bring (must have)
  • AI literacy- You understand what large language models do, what prompting means, and have opinions about AI's possibilities and limitations. You don't need to build models, but you need to understand them well enough to help others.
  • Python fundamentals - You can read and write basic Python. You've used it in coursework or projects. We're not looking for software engineers, but technical comfort matters.
  • Strong English communication - Almost everything you produce, training materials, templates, governance documents, needs to be understood by colleagues who aren't AI experts.
  • Autonomy and adaptability - Requirements will change. You'll operate independently between check-ins. When you hit ambiguity, you make reasonable judgment calls and surface questions early.
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply - You'll help colleagues across Inpay understand AI concepts. If you can't translate technical ideas into plain language, adoption won't happen.
  • Enrolled in a relevant degree programme (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or similar)


Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio accelerates your contributions.
  • You've tutored, run workshops, or onboarded others. You know how to read a room.
  • You’ve experience working in Finance, healthcare, legal but you understand why we can't move fast and break things
  • You've worked across teams or organizations and know how to build buy-in without formal authority.
