We are looking for a proactive AI Student Assistant to support the HR team in improving processes through digital tools and AI. In this role, you will help identify inefficiencies, support the rollout of new systems, and contribute to better collaboration and information flow across departments.
The position is expected to be 15–20 hours per week, with regular presence in the office to collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders. You will also contribute to strengthening our culture of raising the bar and fearless innovation by exploring smarter ways of working and helping us adopt new technologies responsibly.
