AI Student Assistant – HR Digitalization

We are looking for a proactive AI Student Assistant to support the HR team in improving processes through digital tools and AI. In this role, you will help identify inefficiencies, support the rollout of new systems, and contribute to better collaboration and information flow across departments.

The position is expected to be 15–20 hours per week, with regular presence in the office to collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders. You will also contribute to strengthening our culture of raising the bar and fearless innovation by exploring smarter ways of working and helping us adopt new technologies responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation

  • Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI-driven automation solutions
  • Support implementation of generative AI tools across HR and other functions
  • Build or configure internal AI assistants or knowledge bots
  • Explore responsible AI use cases that create cross-team value

Systems & Processes

  • Support rollout and testing of new HR and collaboration systems
  • Document workflows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Help track integration issues and collect feedback from teams

Data & Reporting

  • Assist with dashboards, reporting, and improving data transparency

Adoption & Training

  • Help create user guides and support onboarding to new tools

Qualifications

  • Currently studying AI, Data Science, Business IT, Digital Innovation, HR Tech, or similar
  • Strong interest in applying AI in business environments
  • Familiar with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, Zapier, or similar
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable working with different stakeholders
  • Strong English communication skills
