Logistics Coordinator - Ballerup

Join our Order Management & Logistics team in Ballerup as our new Logistics Coordinator. You’ll step into a dynamic role in an international environment where no two days are the same. You’ll work across a wide range of logistics and procurement tasks while playing a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This is a full‑time position, and you’ll be part of a dedicated team of four logistics colleagues. In total, we are 12 employees in Denmark, working closely together across functions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate and process sales and purchase orders, including maintaining master data in SAP
• Follow up on deliveries and maintain close communication with suppliers and customers
• Create material master data in collaboration with our technical team
• Coordinate and track orders across our global production sites
• Provide excellent service to customers and internal sales teams
• Maintain and improve operational logistics processes

We imagine you have:

• An educational background in logistics (recent graduates are welcome)
• Or a few years of hands‑on experience in export, logistics, or procurement
• Solid IT skills (MS Office) and ideally experience with SAP
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
