Division Country Head NORDIS and UK for Low Voltage Motors

We are looking for a Country Head for our Division Low Voltage Motors based in the Nordics. You will be carrying the full CRM responsibility for the Low Voltage Motor business managing 4 sales teams across the territories and driving profitable growth, customer satisfaction and strategic customer development. 
With strong sales leadership, we expand the benchmark in innovation, product efficiency and customer relationship for a premium global electric motor brand.

 

Your Future Role and key responsibilities
Territory: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, UK
Travel: 30%+
Role Type: Management
Reports To: Division VP Europe/Americas

  • The role will lead the territory sales activities for low voltage motors across our sales channels for OEM, partners, and vertical end users with a strong focus on global key customers
  • P&L Ownership: Oversee all financial aspects of the Low Voltage Motor division, including revenue, margin, and operating expenses. Ensure consistent growth in profitability and market share.
  • Sales Growth Leadership across the Nordics countries and UK: Drive the CRM activities by developing local go-to-market strategies, expanding existing customer relationships, and opening new revenue channels.
  • Key account and partner development: Collaborate with global key customers and our partner network to expand strategic collaboration, customer and market penetration
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a growth strategy for Low Voltage Motors aligned with overall corporate objectives. Identify new market segments, innovation trends, and revenue models.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales organization that delivers both operational excellence and sales results.
  • Customer Focus: Strengthen long-term customer partnerships by ensuring best-in-class support, responsiveness, and innovation.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and drive KPIs and performance metrics that balance financial goals with customer satisfaction and sales efficiency

We imagine you have:

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
  • Senior Manager with minimum 5-10 years working experience in management roles and CRM; ideally in Low Voltage Motors, Project Management or general Business Management
  • Self- driven, stable delivery under pressure
  • Global market background in electric Motors, Product sales and Key Customer Management
  • Strong Customer Focus with passion in Low Voltage Motors
  • Active communication skills
  • Advanced English, German preferrable
  • Integrity, honesty and loyalty
