An internationally growing manufacturer in the construction equipment sector is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth across selected European markets.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with strong industry connections, proven success in field sales, and experience managing key accounts within the powered access, rental, construction, or industrial sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets

  • Identify, acquire, and manage key customers including rental companies, contractors, and industrial clients

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with after-sales, service, and technical teams to deliver excellent customer support

  • Represent the business at trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and customer meetings

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to senior management

  • Travel regularly across the assigned territory to meet customers and support business development initiatives


Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of successful field sales experience, including new business development and key account management

  • Strong background in Aerial Work Platforms (AWP / MEWP) or related lifting/access equipment industries

  • Proven sales track record with measurable commercial success

  • Established network within construction, rental, or industrial equipment markets

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams

  • High willingness to travel within the region

  • Fluent in English and one additional language Swedish, Danish or Finnish.
