Job Description

Do you want to shape companies’ future commercial direction and take your first steps toward a career in management consulting? Our Commercial Strategy & Transformation (CS&T) team is looking for students to join us in autumn 2026. 

 

What you’ll do 

As a junior consultant at Implement, you can expect to work across multiple commercial disciplines and industries – and to gain broad exposure to both strategic and execution-oriented projects. 

Our ambition is for you to spend as much time as possible working hands-on with clients. Your responsibilities will depend on your profile, interests, and the projects you’re involved in – and as you grow in the role, so will the scope of your responsibilities. 

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Developing content for workshops, reports, and client presentations 
  • Preparing, facilitating, and documenting workshops 
  • Conducting quantitative analyses and number-crunching 
  • Supporting customer interviews and market research 
  • Actively participating in client-facing meetings and project activities 

In addition to client work, you’ll also get to contribute to internal initiatives such as business development, recruitment, and culture-building activities. 

You’ll work from our offices in Hellerup or central Copenhagen, from home, and on-site at client locations. We expect a workload of approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility depending on project needs and your availability. For a curiosity-driven organisation like ours, your studies are very important to us, so we will always do our best to accommodate your academic commitments and exam periods. 

 

What you’ll bring 

We’re looking for students who will be entering the second or third year of their BA or who are about to begin their MA in autumn 2026, and who are motivated to develop their consulting skills in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment. 

To thrive in this role, you should be genuinely curious about how companies grow, compete, and transform their commercial set-ups – and be motivated by turning strategy into real, measurable impact for clients. You enjoy taking ownership of your work, while also being part of a team that supports and challenges each other. You’re proactive, structured, and comfortable working both independently and with colleagues from different backgrounds. 

We imagine that you: 

  • Are dedicated, driven, and a positive and reliable colleague other people enjoy working with 
  • Take initiative and are comfortable navigating open-ended tasks and new situations 
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English 

At the same time, you bring curiosity and humility to your work. You’re keen to learn from experienced consultants, open to feedback, and willing to challenge ideas and ways of working when it adds value. You have a genuine interest in people and relationships, and you understand that successful consulting is as much about collaboration and trust as it is about analysis and problem-solving. 

 

What do we offer? 

In CS&T, we support clients across the full commercial agenda – from defining commercial strategies to driving and realising their implementation. We work across industries such as industrial goods, financial services, life sciences, and retail, and collaborate closely with clients to create measurable business impact. 

You’ll be based in one of our four teams: 

  • Sales Excellence – Helping B2B organisations improve how they sell and how their sales organisations operate (sales strategy, sales process design and implementation, operating models, win-rate and pipeline improvement) 
  • Marketing Excellence – Helping organisations, primarily in B2B and Life Sciences, create greater marketing impact (marketing strategy, capability building, operating models, and execution) 
  • Growth & Go-to-Market – Helping organisations define where to grow and how to win (growth strategy design, go-to-market models, prioritisation, and execution) 
  • Monetisation & Pricing – Helping organisations improve how they price, package, and monetise products and services (pricing and monetisation strategy, price architecture, processes, tools, and implementation) 

When applying, you’ll be asked to indicate which of these four teams you’re most interested in joining. Please note that you’re not expected to have any prior experience within the specific team areas. During the interview process, we will explore your preferences, background, and aspirations together to identify where there is the strongest mutual fit. Alongside your primary team, you will also get to explore different commercial disciplines and teams to help you build a broad consulting profile over time.  

From day one, you’ll be assigned a personal leader and a buddy who will support you in your onboarding and development. Most of your learning, however, will happen on real projects, where you’ll gain practical experience of management consulting and through close collaboration with senior colleagues.

  • Second round of interviews: Week 18 (27, 28, and 29 April) 
  • Start date: 1 August 2026 (flexible depending on your preferences)
