Junior consultants in operations strategy - Students

Job Description

We are currently looking for talented students eager to pursue a career in management consulting to join our team in Hellerup, working with operations and supply chain management.

What you will do

As a junior consultant in operations strategy, you will get the opportunity to work on strategic projects in the supply chain sphere. We are looking for new colleagues to join us from pre-summer or fall 2026.

The job will be tailored to your skills and interests, but you must be excited about deepening your knowledge and expertise in operations or supply chain management. We are at the forefront of revolutionising operations strategy with a commitment to innovation, sustainability and digital transformation in supply chain management.

The job content varies but includes one or more of the following:

• Collaborating with a variety of clients, from industry-leading to small and midsize businesses, to analyse and optimise their supply chain operations
• Developing sustainable supply chain strategies
• Preparing and assisting in driving digital supply chain transformations
• Creating strategic communication and decision-making materials
• Preparing and conducting presentations and engaging workshops

What you will bring

Since we always put people first, the most important thing to mention is that you are an empathetic person who enjoys working with ambitious people.

That said, we are looking for students who have just begun or are about to begin pursuing their master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, strategic management, business management or a related field, with excellent results. On top of that, the right candidate:

• Has solid analytical skills and a flair for problem-solving
• Is able to maintain a holistic view while being nerdy about a specific topic
• Has great communication skills and is fluent in written and spoken English
• Wants to become part of the management consulting industry and collaborate in project teams
• Appreciates a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy
