AI Advisor

Job Description

We’re looking for AI Advisors across our expertise areas to help clients discover, design, and deliver AI responsibly – from first prototype to scaled adoption and business strategy – based in Copenhagen or Aarhus.

What you’ll do 

As an AI Advisor at Implement Consulting Group, you’ll work with clients to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable value and help prioritise the initiatives that matter most. The role is diverse, and you can expect to:

• Design presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the opportunities AI provides.
• Translate business needs into user requirements aligned with AI capabilities.
• Contribute to engagements by facilitating workshops, shaping clear narratives, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
• Reimagine ways of working, roles, processes, and guardrails for AI-enabled organisations.
• Share learnings with colleagues and stay curious about emerging methods and tools that improve outcomes.

It’s a significant bonus if you can also develop prototypes and demos using AI tools and are comfortable working in technical environments alongside mixed teams of business and technical professionals.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for people who understand AI well enough to bridge business and technology. Your background – whether in strategy, operations, supply chain, finance, commercial, people & change, sustainability, data & technology, or the public sector – is less important than your skills and mindset. You:

• Have a deep understanding of AI and hands-on experience with modern tools, ideally including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other relevant platforms.
• Have some technical experience or are willing to learn, including developing prototypes with AI tools in collaboration with a team.
• Follow the AI scene closely and understand the differences, relevance, and design patterns of various models and architectures.
• Can assess the quality, resources, and potential benefits of an AI initiative, while remaining aware of its limitations and growth trajectories.

• Shape discovery and roadmaps, connecting AI possibilities to real business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and create clear visual and written narratives for decision makers.
• Run experiments, share results, and communicate learnings effectively.
• Collaborate across business and technology, asking clarifying questions and articulating trade-offs.
• Have direct client experience, ideally in consulting, with a focus on adoption and measurable impact.
• Have recent hands-on AI experience, from proofs of concept to implementation, in any domain.
• Define success metrics and assess value and risk.

While some management consulting experience is a plus, the most important thing is your enthusiasm for collaborating with both business stakeholders and data/technology colleagues.
