Frontend Tech Lead B2B

ABOUT THE JOB

At IMPACT, we are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead for our B2B unit. A frontend pioneer who combines vision with deep craftsmanship, curiosity and calm authority. Someone who inspire teams, sets direction through insights, and raises the bar for both code and people.

As Frontend Tech Lead, you will join our dedicated and ambitious B2B engineering team, defining and communicating the frontend technical direction across B2B clients, while ensuring outstanding performance, accessibility, scalability, and long-term quality fully aligned with IMPACT’s 2026–2028 strategy.

You will collaborate closely with designers, UX, backend architects, and senior engineers, acting as a trusted sparring partner on architecture, standards, and complex trade-offs. In addition, you will coach senior frontend engineers, strengthen capabilities, and help turn strong teams into exceptional ones.

Furthermore, you will have a visible voice beyond delivery: sharing knowledge, shaping engineering culture, supporting pre-sales and key client dialogues, and contributing thought leadership that positions IMPACT as a place where frontend excellence truly matters.

YOUR PROFILE

As Frontend Tech Lead, you bring deep experience in modern frontend development and a strong sense of digital experience and interface craftsmanship. You care about quality, clarity, and long-term decisions, not just delivery, and have the unique ability to inspire others with your contagious energy.

You influence through insight and presence and communicate with impact. Whether sparring on architecture, facilitating discussions, or collaborating across disciplines, you create trust and alignment by raising the level of conversation.

Naturally curious and forward-thinking, you are drawn to improving standards, frameworks, and ways of working. Eager to inspire across a frontend community, you care about building relationships and helping others elevate frontend as a discipline.

Additionally, we expect you to

• Lead with confidence, helping teams navigate best practices within performance, accessibility and front-end architecture.

• Collaborate seamlessly with UX, design, back-end and commercial teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Act as mentor and sparring partner for senior engineers and upcoming talent.

• Contribute to talent attraction, engineering branding and strengthening of our front-end community.

• Thrive in a consultancy environment where clients, pace and teamwork go hand in hand

• Bring 7–10+ years of experience within front-end engineering, preferably in a digital or consultancy setting

• Have a relevant educational background (e.g., digital design, computer science, software engineering).
