About the role
Over the past years we have transformed our core policy systems into the standard policy management system – Guidewire. The business functionality needed has been implemented, and thousands of policies have already been migrated. But the journey continues, and the migration will continue over several more years with potential more legacy systems being added to the migration scope.
Today, the migration team is heavily staffed by external consultants, and it has been decided to supplement this work force with a strong internal capability.

About the team
The Core Migration area today consists of 2 teams: Primo2GW and Kogen2GW. You will be a Solution Architect for both teams and serve in the role that best supports the handover of knowledge, etc. The team consists of Product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, and QAs. The business resources are all internal, and the technical resources are all external.

Who are you?
You have extensive experience with big core migration projects and from a similar role, preferably in insurance. You are experienced in both business architecture and execution. Furthermore, we expect:
