Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Serve as a recognized industrial expert in the Ice Cream category, contributing deep technical insight.
- Develop, refine, and validate industrially proven formulations for ice cream and frozen desserts.
- Optimize ingredients, formulations and processes to enhance product performance and quality.
- Lead and execute complex, cross‑functional projects with strong project management capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify portfolio gaps and contribute to new concept development.
- Ensure alignment between formulation, processing, sensory expectations, and consumer preferences.
- Conduct technical investigations and document findings through high‑quality technical reports.
- Build and strengthen global technical networks to accelerate category innovation.
- Provide expert troubleshooting support for industrial ice cream processing and technologies.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Completed university or college degree.
- Preferably 15 years of experience in the food or ingredients industry, with significant focus on ice cream or frozen dessert applications.
- Preferably 5–10 years of cross‑functional leadership or interdepartmental collaboration experience.
- Advanced understanding of ice cream ingredients, raw materials, functional behavior, and processing technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead customer projects across multiple regions.
- Strong capability to translate technical insights into commercially viable solutions.
- Proven ability to build and lead cross‑functional project teams.
- Experience partnering with commercial, R&D, and category teams to drive innovation.
- Availability to travel for customer visits, trainings, and seminars, including within and outside Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
How You Would Stand Out
- Master’s degree and/or PhD in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Experience supporting global brand development and category strategy.
- Strong ability to mentor and develop technical talent across regions.
