Research Associate (Seaweed R&D)

• Perform daily laboratory work, including synthesis and routine analyses 
• Conduct analytical testing and ensure accurate documentation of results 
• Support structured and collaborative lab routines 
• Maintain a high standard of organization and safety in the lab 
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, managing multiple tasks calmly and efficiently 

What Makes You the Right Fit 

• Degree as a Laboratory Technician 
• Prior experience in hands-on laboratory work, lab synthesis and  advanced analytical techniques 
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure 
• Professional fluency in English 

Prior experience and knowledge on analytical functionality and seaweed R&D or similar fields is considered as an advantage.
