You will join our newly established Nordic app Tribe with currently 4 passionate app squads working in a high-trust, outcomes-driven setup. App squads will have people primarily located in Denmark (Ballerup) and Finland (Espoo/Turku)

You will collaborate closely with back-end platform teams, our design system team, customer insights, and the broader commercial organisation.
The team is transitioning towards a Discovery & Delivery product model, giving you clear ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
Together, you will build a market-leading insurance app that brings real clarity, simplicity, and convenience to customers across the Nordics.
Who are you?
You take initiative and ownership naturally — you don’t wait for perfect conditions before acting. You bring structure to ambiguity, involve the right people early, and are someone others can rely on when direction is needed.
You set direction and move work forward. You collaborate closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to balance customer value, business impact, and technical reality — and you communicate priorities and trade-offs in a clear, structured way.
You have a strong product craft toolbox: discovery framing, opportunity mapping, prioritisation, hypotheses, and outcome-based roadmaps/OKRs.
Experience, scaling an app is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
