Job Summary

Are you passionate about science, animals, and innovation? We’re looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic R&D team focused on Animal Nutrition. In this hands-on role, you will contribute to cutting-edge research that improves the health and performance of monogastric animals, ruminants, and pets.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, global team of scientists, vets, and nutritionists working to evaluate the functionality of ingredients such as enzymes, betaine, probiotics, postbiotics, prebiotics, and phytogenics. Your work will directly support the development of sustainable and effective nutritional solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments to uncover ingredient functionality and mode of action
  • Characterize enzymes and assess their performance in animal nutrition applications
  • Interpret data, prepare reports and visual presentations, and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to process development and continuous improvement of lab routines
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles

Responsibilities in the role will be evolving based on project needs and candidate strengths, which allows you to contribute flexibly with your skills and knowledge in particular.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone who thrives in the lab and is eager to contribute to meaningful research. You might be a seasoned technician or a recent graduate with a strong scientific foundation and a curious mind.

Qualifications:

  • Laboratory Technician degree or university background in biochemistry or related field
  • Previous experience in working in laboratory environments, and in developing new lab methods and routines

Background in enzymology, protein characterization, HPLC, or animal/pet nutrition is considered as a strong advantage for succeeding in the role.
