About the role

We are looking for a leader to take responsibility for our Customer Center & Sales Denmark and to actively contribute to the Nordic Customer Center & Sales management team.

While you have responsibility for the Danish CC&S operations, you are part of an integrated Nordic CC&S organization, where joint decisions and priorities influence how we operate and develop the business in Denmark. Together, we aim to become the most attractive insurance provider in Denmark following the integration of If and Topdanmark.

You play a key role in shaping a strong, inclusive culture. Together with your leadership team, you create the conditions that enable our advisors to deliver high‑quality advice, excellent customer service, and sustainable sales performance. We believe great results are built on engaged people, clear strategic direction, and leadership founded on trust.

You are responsible for value creation, operational excellence, and financial performance across sales and service operations in Denmark. You deliver on the financial plan for your unit and work closely with leaders across Private Denmark to ensure strong, coordinated results at national level.

During the coming 6–12 months, a central part of your role will be to drive integration across technology, processes, and culture. You will be responsible for adopting new ways of working, ensuring the successful implementation of a new business system, developing scalable processes, strengthening digital sales, and creating a strong link between strategy, people, and performance.

The goal is clear: to create one cohesive customer and employee experience — while maintaining momentum on business goals and results.

About the team

You will be part of the Nordic Customer Center & Sales management team, united by a shared ambition to build a world-class customer center and sales organization across the Nordics. Here we work in close collaboration to develop and scale best practices within areas such as workforce management, competence development, process excellence, flexible ways of working, and advanced analytics.

At the same time, you lead the Danish Customer Center & Sales management team and have leadership responsibility for a nationwide organization of approximately 450 employees, including around 40 leaders across inbound and outbound customer centers and external sales units. Together with your Danish leadership team, you translate Nordic priorities into local execution and ensure performance, engagement, and development across the Danish CC&S organization.

You will be part of a Nordic organization of more than 1,600 professionals across inbound and outbound customer centers as well as external sales units in the Private business area. Together, we handle over 4 million customer contacts each year and play a central role in ensuring customers are correctly insured and well supported throughout their journey.

You also bring:

  • A relevant higher academic or university degree

  • Executive leadership experience from large Nordic organizations
