The Regional Application Leader is responsible for leading a team of approx. 5-7 application specialists, scientists and technologists who support our customers in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. You monitor and evaluate project progress and results to determine improvements needed to meet ultimate business objectives. This includes the allocation of resources, providing technical guidance and leadership, coaching and development of team members.
