We are now looking for a Regional Retail Trainer to support our Scandinavian stores. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a few years of training experience and a background in retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused industry who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a regional role.
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to store teams both in person and virtually. C
  • onduct in-store training 3–4 days per week to equip teams with the skills to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Roll out training programs while continuously improving them using feedback and insights from the field. 
  • Support Regional Managers by developing their leadership and coaching capabilities, acting as a trusted sparring partner. 
  • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer from training sessions into day-to-day store operations. 
  • Complete administrative tasks related to training, including reports and tracking progress. 
  • Analyze business and people metrics to identify skill gaps and propose effective learning solutions. 
  • Build and nurture strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Learning & Development team to align on training strategies and business objectives.
     

We don’t expect you to tick every box, but maybe some of these sound like you?   

  • Has 3–8 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar service-driven industry, with at least 2–3 years in training, coaching, or people development roles. 
  • Has experience delivering dynamic training sessions in-person and online, ideally with a track record of driving commercial success. 
  • Demonstrates exceptional selling skills and a strong customer-first mindset. 
  • Excels at communication and influencing, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • Brings an engaging and inspiring presence to workshops and store visits. 
  • Is solutions-focused, creative, and able to bring training content to life. 
  • Is highly organized and able to manage projects independently while keeping stakeholders informed. 
  • Understands how to translate business strategy into practical training solutions and measure their impact. 
  • Is open to frequent travel across Scandinavia and holds a valid driver’s license. 
  • Is fluent in English and has strong command of Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian. 
  • Holds a qualification in Coaching, Training, Learning & Development, or Retail (desirable but not essential).
