About the Role

As our Paid Social Media Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with both our in-house team and external partners to deliver measurable results and help scale our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, conversions) and deliver actionable insights to improve performance.

Budget Management: Ensure optimal use of media spend to deliver maximum ROI.

A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, copy, and targeting to refine campaigns.

Collaboration: Work with creative, content, and marketing teams to align paid efforts with broader brand strategies.

Market Trends: Stay current on algorithm updates, platform innovations, and emerging tools.

What We’re Looking For

Whether you’re applying as a freelancer, a remote contractor, or for a temporary employment arrangement, we’re looking for someone who brings:

2–3+ years of experience in paid social campaign management.

Analytical thinking to interpret performance data and adjust strategies.

Creativity and a sharp eye for ad formats that perform.

Project management skills to run multiple campaigns efficiently.

Strong communication, written and verbal, for team collaboration.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and similar tools.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
