Head of Production

You will focus on ensuring the consistent high-quality manufacturing of our products. You will be a part of the Senior Operations Management team of the site in Virum, taking on a strong people management role to drive employee engagement, thereby ensuring a high-performing plant. Further, you will work with your direct reports within production to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate closely with your national as well as international peers to provide the highest possible level of service to both internal and external customers.
