Join HPE in a graduate to grow with a global tech leader and help drive our AI strategy

We are seeking a high‑potential Graduate Business Developer with a strong interest in AI and commercial execution to join HPE. This role is designed as a two‑year graduate program, combining AI strategy execution, sales enablement, and commercial exposure, with a clear transition into a Sales Graduate role after your first year as graduate.

Program start date: SEPTEMBER  2026

What you'll do:

  • You will work with Sales teams to implement our internal AI strategy
  • Together with the Business Unit Director, define and perform activities to ensure implementation of the AI strategy
  • You will continuously build knowledge around AI in the market and contribute ideas linked to the HPE Strategy AI plan to drive a higher implementation
  • You will compile and analyse data that will be utilized to make business decisions
  • You will support in developing partnerships with our Nordic organization

About you:

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within the last 12 months with a focus in computer science, business, economics, or related
  • Native level of Danish. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Genuine interest in the world of AI and proven knowledge of AI concepts/terminology
  • Experience in sales or demonstrable interest technology
  • Skilled in communication and enjoys sharing knowledge with others
  • Strong solution mindset and a drive to proactively strive for improvements
  • Able to learn quickly and perform under tight deadlines
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in an effective order
  • Ability to drive business relationships and build trust
  • Team player with ability to work independently

What you can expect from us:

  • Location: Allerød, Denmark, Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite per week
  • Initial extensive onboarding to support you with adjusting to the role
  • Ongoing learning and development throughout the program
  • Be mentored by at least one senior member of the team, and after two years in the program, you can grow into a true professional with valuable relationships and international working experience

  • Compensation structure: During the first year of the program, the role is compensated on a 100% fixed salary basis. In the second year, the position transitions into a Sales Graduate role with an 80/20 fixed-to-variable pay mix.
