Student Assistant- Rewards

In this role, you will join our team of experts and work closely with our Rewards teams and will be working across Global Rewards. As a student assistant, you will assist with administration providing support to the Rewards team, and monitoring tasks for Hempel A/S. You will learn about trends within Rewards and have the responsibility for your tasks and managing large C&B budgets. Our People & Culture team has more than 150 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe. What will you be doing day-to-day?

• Support data submission for annual surveys.

• Support the collection and analysis of market data to identify trends in bonus and incentive practices.

• Assist in preparing benchmarking reports to input into global reward strategies.

• Review and support teams with a wide range of relevant compensation data and maintenance of Rewards portal sites & projects.

• Research and analyze trends and support stakeholder communications across Compensation and Benefits.

• Support budget preparations and other analytical activities.

• Collaborate with team members to interpret insights and recommend data-driven actions.

• Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure data integrity and analytical rigor

• Design user-friendly templates and formats for reward-related communication

• Assist in developing visual aids and presentations for internal stakeholders

What else do we look for in you?

• Enrolled in higher education within HR, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Business Administration.

• Proactive and can take responsibility for your tasks.

• Analytical thinker with proven capabilities in Microsoft Excel.

• Proficient in communicating in English (Written and Verbal) and any other Scandinavian language.

The position is 15 hours a week with flexibility during exam periods however we expect the student assistant to be available in the Lyngby office.

How will you thrive?

We believe you will thrive in this internship if you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field, and have a strong interest in Global Rewards. Prior exposure to compensation projects - through coursework, internships, or academic research - will be an advantage, especially if you enjoy working with data, collaborating across cultures, and thinking strategically.
