Do you have expertise in talent management and organisational development— and a passion for building strong organisational performance? We’re looking for an Organisational Performance Partner to help drive our global organisational performance agenda with special focus on the talent agenda, ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

In this role, you will play a central part in strengthening the execution of Hempel’s talent framework as well as driving the implementation of key organisational performance initiatives.

What Will Your Key Responsibilities Be?

Talent Management

  • Apply your expertise in talent management to drive execution and continuous development of our annual talent cycle.

  • Partner closely with People Business Partners and leaders across the organisation to build a strong, future‑ready talent pipeline.

  • Create communication and training materials that build stakeholder capability.

  • Ensure our frameworks and Workday infrastructure support high‑quality calibration and succession processes.

Organisational performance framework

  • Support adoption and implementation of our organisational performance framework – a framework with key organisational performance culture metrics.

  • Use organisational performance data to identify insights into actionable improvement initiatives.

  • Drive analysis of global talent data to identify risks, succession strength, and organisational capability needs.

Project & Process management

  • Drive adoption and implementation of global projects and processes incl. the talent annual cycle and organisational performance framework.

  • Develop and deliver global solutions based on business feedback and insights.

  • Partner with PBPs and leaders to ensure high‑quality data, processes, and follow‑through.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?

  • Master’s degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or similar.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global talent management from a multinational environment.

  • Strong understanding of talent and succession methods (9‑box, readiness definitions, development interventions).

  • Proven ability to design and implement global frameworks and processes.

  • Skilled in capability assessment, succession planning, and development planning.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in talent data interpretation.

  • Comfortable working with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus).

  • Relevant assessment certifications (e.g., Deeper Signals) are an advantage.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive global priorities.

  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Fluent in English.

As a person you are structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented, able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment with strong execution and follow‑through, while communicating collaboratively with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
