We are looking for an experienced FP&A Group Reporting Manager to lead Group Reporting within our Global FP&A function. This role plays a critical part in supporting the CFO, Executive Board, and senior leadership with high-quality consolidated reporting, performance analysis, and clear financial insights that drive strategic decision-making across the Group.
You will be responsible for overseeing group-level management reporting, consolidation and performance analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity of financial information. The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance expertise with the ability to translate complex data into compelling, executive-ready insights.
Your role
- Lead the preparation of accurate, timely, and high-quality Group management reporting, providing clear insights into financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization.
- Support Board and Executive Committee reporting packages, delivering concise, impactful, and visually compelling presentations for senior leadership.
- Analyze Group financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic objectives, identifying key drivers, trends, and risks, and providing actionable, forward-looking insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership, partnering closely with FP&A Analytics, Business Partnering, and key stakeholders to ensure reporting is aligned with planning and forecasting cycles.
- Own and continuously enhance the end-to-end performance management processes at Group level, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting, leveraging best practices and modern finance tools to improve data quality and insight generation.
- Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on assumptions, reporting standards, forecasts, and business objectives across the Group.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Group Reporting, management reporting, financial analysis, or a similar role, with proven experience at Group or corporate level.
- Strong technical finance skills, including experience with consolidated reporting and performance management in a complex, international environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g. SAP, D365) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of machine learning or advanced analytics is a strong advantage.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to senior, non-financial stakeholders, including Executive Board members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a global, cross-functional organization.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
