EPM (Enterprise Process Management) Coordinator

Are you passionate about contributing to strong global process alignment and supporting how our organisation works at scale? In this role, you will help maintain and continuously improve our enterprise process model, playing an important part in connecting people, processes, and systems. Your work will support a structured and compliant enterprise process landscape that enables future digital growth. Does this sound like something for you?

Do you want to build a career with responsible impact?

We’re looking for an Enterprise Process Management Coordinator who can develop and maintain our Business Management System and Enterprise Process Framework. You will ensure high quality documentation, strengthen compliance and dependency controls throughout the company. Furthermore, you will identify digitalisation and automation opportunities, and ensure systems and processes stay aligned.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of a small team reporting to the Head of Enterprise Process Management in our Digital Department, you will work closely with important stakeholders across the organisation to:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve the enterprise process framework, including taxonomy, architecture, standards, templates, and repositories—ensuring consistent, high‑quality process documentation.

  • Ensure compliance and governance by aligning processes with regulatory, risk, internal audit, and external requirements, including managing process controls and overseeing the EPM Business Management System (BMS) audit process.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Digital teams and Business Process Community to align processes and systems, map dependencies, and support evaluation and prioritisation of solution proposals.

  • Drive process optimisation by identifying automation and digitalisation opportunities and monitoring system usage, process maturity, and adherence to standards.

  • Provide stakeholder support through process documentation, training, system onboarding, and coordination with ad hoc process specialists during peak periods.

Have you got what we are looking for?

While experience is valuable, what matters most in this role is your mindset and professional presence. We are looking for someone with the confidence to drive alignment, challenge constructively, and bring people together around shared standards. This could be your first full‑time role after completing your studies, and proven experience from a student job or internship will be considered a strong advantage.

  • University degree (BSc or equivalent) within Business Administration, Process Excellence, UX or IT administration.

  • 2-4 years of experience with process management. Experience with process management tools, documentation standards, and project lifecycle methods.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage, but not a must.

The EPM role sits at the intersection of business, IT, and governance, so the most important thing is not a specific degree but that you bring:

  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive ability to anticipate needs, manage dependencies, and keep projects on track.

  • High attention to detail, analytical, and structured work style.

  • Clear and confident collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to flag issues in a timely manner.

  • Strong adaptability with a mindset for continuous learning, comfortable with change, evolving priorities, and new tools or methodologies.

Sounds like a match?
