Vi søger en proaktiv og fleksibel Produktionskoordinator (m/k/d), der kan støtte vores driftsteam. I denne rolle sikrer du en smidig planlægning og koordinering af produktionen, samtidig med at du har fokus på kvalitet, præcision og kundernes behov.
Dine opgaver:
- Planlægning og koordinering af produktionen i tæt samarbejde med Operations Manager.
- Oprettelse af varebestillinger og håndtering af produktionsordrer, herunder blandinger og forblandinger, fra opstart til afslutning i SAP.
- Ansvar for blandinger til det norske marked samt udarbejdelse af plukkelister til forsendelser, så de færdiggøres rettidigt.
- Kontrol og afslutning af varemodtagelser, herunder scanning, samt støtte til lageret efter aftale.
- Udarbejdelse af produktcertifikater og analysecertifikater (CoA).
- Koordinering og opfølgning på lageroverførsler i Danmark.
- Tæt samarbejde med Supply Chain Coordination (SCC) teamet og indsigt i lagerets rutiner og arbejdsgange.
- Håndtering af forskellige administrative opgaver samt afløsning for produktionsassistenten ved behov.
- Support til lagerchefen med ad hoc-opgaver.
Din profil:
- Stor omstillingsparathed og trivsel i et dynamisk miljø, hvor planer kan ændre sig i løbet af dagen.
- Fokus på kunden og evne til at bevare overblikket, selv når driften afbrydes, eller prioriteringer skifter.
- Erfaring med produktionsplanlægning eller koordinering – gerne fra en produktions- eller logistikvirksomhed.
- Fortrolighed med at arbejde i IT-systemer; erfaring med SAP er en fordel.
- Struktureret arbejdsstil, sans for detaljer og klar kommunikation på tværs af afdelinger.

We are looking for a proactive and flexible Production Coordinator (m/f/d) to support our operations team. In this role, you will ensure smooth planning and coordination of production while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and customer needs.
Your responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating production in close collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Creating purchase orders and handling production orders, including mixes and premixes, from initiation to completion in SAP.
- Managing mixes for the Norwegian market and preparing picking lists for shipments to ensure timely completion.
- Controlling and finalizing goods receipts, including scanning, and providing support to the warehouse when agreed in advance.
- Preparing product certificates and Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
- Coordinating and following up on stock transfers within Denmark.
- Collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Coordination (SCC) team and maintaining a good understanding of warehouse routines and workflows.
- Handling various administrative tasks and acting as a backup for the Production Assistant when required.
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager with ad hoc tasks.
Your profile:
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where plans may change throughout the day.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to maintain an overview, even when operations are interrupted or priorities shift.
- Experience in production planning or coordination – preferably from a manufacturing or logistics company.
- Confident in working with IT systems; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Structured working style, attention to detail, and clear communication across departments.
