The Role
We’re looking for a People Operations & Talent Partner to join our Nordics People team in Copenhagen. This role blends HR administration, employee mobility, and talent recruitment. You’ll drive smooth processes, uphold compliance, and create outstanding experiences for our employees. As a trusted advisor to managers, you’ll oversee relocations and mobility programs, while keeping our HR operations running smoothly and efficiently — making a real impact on both our people and our business.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, guiding hiring managers and ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence and attract top talent across the Nordics.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain employee contracts, addendums, and HR documentation.
- Develop, update, and ensure compliance with local HR policies, including relocation, mobility, and internal communication guidelines.
- Manage employee relocation, visa, and mobility processes across the Nordics, ensuring a smooth transition experience.
- Collaborate with external providers on relocation services, tax matters, and visa compliance, while keeping all documentation up to date with legal requirements.
You have
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR administration, or employee mobility, with strong knowledge of Nordic HR policies and compliance.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting recruitment, relocation, and mobility processes.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple teams or locations.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) or other HRIS systems; ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Fluent in English; additional Nordic language(s) are a plus.
