The Role (What’s in the Box)

As Influencer Marketing Manager for HelloFresh in the Nordics, you will be an integral part of executing our influencer and podcast strategy.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and has good experience managing complex marketing campaigns. Additionally, someone who is adept at building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with creators, talent managers and agencies will thrive in this role.

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers by managing campaigns with micro, mid and macro content creators across the Nordics. You will be using your vast knowledge of the influencer and podcaster landscape, campaign performance and customer insights to acquire new customers as well as grow top of mind awareness for HelloFresh’s brand and products.

You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Associate Director of Growth Partnerships, Nordics as well as work closely with our Senior Influencer Marketing Manager.

What You’ll Do (The Recipe)

  • Be hands-on and manage influencer and podcaster performance campaigns from beginning to end, which includes:

    • Identify, select, and reach out to suitable talents

    • Negotiate and maintain long term collaborations with influencers and talent managers

    • Create briefs, approve content, and set up a clear activation plan

  • Negotiate deals with large agencies and celebrities

  • Analyse campaign performance to innovate and optimise our channel approach

  • Co-own our influencer and podcast marketing budget, forecasting spend and smartly allocating across talents, campaigns and platforms

  • Be a key point of contact and manager of our agencies focused on new customer acquisition

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives for the influencer channel and actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities

  • Observe and analyze industry trends to inform our influencer channel strategy

  • Take a strategic and analytical approach to manage the channel to meet reach, conversion, ROI and budget goals

What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients)

  • At least 3+ years of experience within growth marketing with good understanding of driving results through talent collaborations

  • Understanding of the content creator marketing landscape, including recent industry trends and knowledge of the Nordic celebrity, influencer and podcast scene

  • A very strong analytical thinker who can derive actionable conclusions from diverse data sets

  • Proven project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a persistence and bias to action

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in 1 Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) is a plus

  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders

  • A team-player, who gets the best out of his/her team and stakeholder group

  • Experience in other performance marketing channels is a plus
