The role

As the Growth Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you will be an integral part of executing HelloFresh’s affiliate and partnership strategy with the goal of acquiring high-quality customers in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. 

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and has good experience managing complex marketing campaigns. Additionally, someone who is adept at building and maintaining long-lasting relationships and able to open doors to create new partnerships will thrive in this position.

You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen, and will report to the Associate Director of Growth Partnerships, Nordics

What you’ll do

  • Manage and optimize key network and direct accounts, such as Adtraction, Edenred, Sovendus, to drive further growth and increase the health of partner campaigns.
  • Investigate, scope and close high-impact deals with companies and organisations that align with HelloFresh’s brand, and use their channels to acquire new, high-quality customers.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the affiliate and partner channels as well as budget.
  • Own a portion of the affiliate and partner budget, making decisions on how best to allocate spend across the partner portfolio.
  • Strategically contribute to team OKRs and business plan targets alongside the Senior Manager.
  • Use standardized pipeline management processes such as HubSpot to report on business development efforts.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years experience in the affiliate/online partnerships industry, preferably within a high-growth e-commerce or subscription-based company.
  • Fluency in English and 1 Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian).
  • A very strong analytical thinker who can derive actionable conclusions from diverse data sets and turn them into potential partnerships, and likes solving difficult problems.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with persistence and bias to action.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, launch and grow successful partnerships.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), sales analytics and common affiliate platforms.
  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders.
  • A team player who gets the best out of his/her team and stakeholder group
  • Experience in other performance marketing channels is a plus.
