The Job

As the Brand and Media Manager, you'll lead key brand activities for the Nordic markets, covering Norway, Sweden and Denmark as well as manage our ATL media strategy and plan to grow awareness and consideration for the Brand. By leading comprehensive analysis of consumer insights and brand performance as well as driving and managing our media planning you will lead the development of future brand strategies and key initiatives aligned with our Global vision to grow the brand further in the Nordic markets. 

You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Associate Director of Brand. 

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll take the lead on major brand initiatives in the Nordic markets:

  • Own and drive brand media strategy and planning (TV, OOH, Radio, Meta, Online Video) in partnership with our central media team and local agencies to grow brand awareness and consideration.
  • Develop and execute integrated omnichannel brand campaigns and partnerships (online and offline) that speak to Nordic audiences and address key consumer barriers.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to continuously improve media efficiency, brand engagement, and overall impact.
  • Support planning and execution of the local Nordic brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global direction and local market needs.
  • Manage budgets and KPIs, using data to inform decisions and ensure a high return on investment.
  • Oversee 360° campaign project management, from creative development to media rollout, ensuring flawless execution and collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing and media planning, preferably in FMCG, D2C, media agencies or lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong track record of leading ATL media planning and cross-channel campaign execution incl. managing annual media budgets (allocation, tracking, and reconciliation)
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies, with a deep understanding of how to brief, manage, and evaluate partners.
  • Sharp analytical and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with the Nordic media and consumer landscape, particularly in food, health, and sustainability.
  • Native speaker of either Danish, Norwegian or Swedish language, with the ability to understand the others; fluent in English.
