The position

We are looking for a structured, analytical and execution-driven Service Program Manager to join our Service Business Team.

The role acts as a key and operational partner to the Director of Service Business, supporting the execution of a global service roadmap across multiple initiatives.

You will play a key role in structuring, coordinating, and driving the delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders.


Primary responsibilities

  • Support the structuring, planning, and execution of the Service roadmap across multiple initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Track progress, actions, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proper follow-up and timely escalation when needed
  • Consolidate and maintain a clear overview of ongoing initiatives, priorities, and deliverables
  • Prepare high-quality management presentations and reports
  • Facilitate communication and ensure transparency across teams and regions
  • Bring clarity and structure to complex or evolving topics
  • Support the Director of Service Business in day-to-day operational and coordination activities

Profile we are looking for

  • Hands-on and pragmatic mindset, with a strong focus on execution and delivering tangible results
  • Strong organizational and structuring skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel and maintain clarity under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional and matrix organization, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and solution-driven

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering
  • Experience in consulting companies is a plus
  • Proven experience in program and/or Project management
  • Experience in product management is an asset
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working in global and cross-functional environments
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in parallel, and stay structured under pressure
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
