The position
We are looking for a structured, analytical and execution-driven Service Program Manager to join our Service Business Team.
The role acts as a key and operational partner to the Director of Service Business, supporting the execution of a global service roadmap across multiple initiatives.
You will play a key role in structuring, coordinating, and driving the delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders.
Primary responsibilities
- Support the structuring, planning, and execution of the Service roadmap across multiple initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Track progress, actions, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proper follow-up and timely escalation when needed
- Consolidate and maintain a clear overview of ongoing initiatives, priorities, and deliverables
- Prepare high-quality management presentations and reports
- Facilitate communication and ensure transparency across teams and regions
- Bring clarity and structure to complex or evolving topics
- Support the Director of Service Business in day-to-day operational and coordination activities

- Hands-on and pragmatic mindset, with a strong focus on execution and delivering tangible results
- Strong organizational and structuring skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel and maintain clarity under pressure
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
- Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional and matrix organization, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering
- Experience in consulting companies is a plus
- Proven experience in program and/or Project management
- Experience in product management is an asset
- Strong communication skills, with experience working in global and cross-functional environments
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in parallel, and stay structured under pressure
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
