Senior Talent Management Specialist

You will play a crucial role in facilitating and setting the future direction of our Grundfos-wide agenda. In this position, you co-create, design, and implement corporate-wide people practices & interventions around talent management and bring those to life by working together with key stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and people leaders. You work in a team that develops and designs best people practices, processes, tools, platforms, and concepts, to further accelerate talent management in Grundfos.
