You will be stepping into a Scrum setup, where the organization understands and values the Scrum Master position, and the collaboration with our management is a partnership. There is still work to be done in expanding our agile bubble to surrounding areas and stakeholders. As an example of such, we are involved in a large, scaled IT program with a value stream perspective.
