Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in power converter development, control design, and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Grid-Forming Control and power converter control strategies.
• Experience in dynamic system modeling, controller design, and verification through simulations and tests.
• Practical experience with power electronics control, PWM strategies, and industrial software development.
• Familiarity with grid connection of converters and compliance with international grid codes.
• Experience in embedded control development for power electronics.
