Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Geology, Biology, Meteorology, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in technical program management in EMEA supporting or conducting environmental due diligence for new site selection.
- Experience in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Geology, Biology, Meteorology, or a related field.
- Experience communicating with regional and national authorities regarding EHS issues.
- Experience in collaboration and relationship-building with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of EMEA environmental regulations and ability to understand and evaluate impacts for data centers and mission critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate operational environmental risks for impact to the business, starting from due diligence through campus planning and design phases; analyzes environmental risk scenarios to determine their potential impact to the business and design/lead programs to mitigate those risks.
- Conducts assessments of existing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure alignment with global strategy, including analyzing environmental business risks and identifying efficiencies with a focus on soil and groundwater remediation, hazardous waste, water and wastewater, environmental permitting and compliance, solid waste/geotechnical, air emissions, environmental and human health risk assessment.
- Lead environmental permitting, investigations and assessments to support compliance with EMEA country specific regulations for YAWN and Third Party data centers.
- Contribute to regional/global tracking of milestones and deliverables for environmental and regulatory compliance.
