What your day looks likeYour workday takes place at the centre of hotel operations. You welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs and support them with questions throughout their stay. You provide information about the hotel and surrounding area and communicate with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. You also take care of basic administrative tasks and help resolve small issues in a professional and friendly way.
Good to knowThis is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. An EU passport is required.

What you need for this roleFor this position, previous experience in hospitality, reception or customer service is important. You should feel confident speaking with guests, handling questions and staying organised during busy moments. Very good English skills are required, as you’ll communicate with guests and colleagues daily. German and/or French language skills are a strong advantage.
What we take care ofWorking abroad often raises questions about housing, meals and contracts. We’ve already taken care of all of that for you. Your accommodation is arranged before you arrive, meals are included during your working days and you’ll receive a legal EU seasonal contract including insurance. This allows you to focus on your role and the guest experience without worrying about everyday logistics.
