We are looking for an Engagement Partner to join our Systems Excellence team.

The team you will be part of

The Systems Excellence team consists of three departments responsible for GN’s key digital platforms — D365, Maestro, and Salesforce. Together, we want to build empowered communities across Global Operations.

In this role, you will develop and execute engagement strategies that connect stakeholders ranging from end‑users to senior management. You will help ensure the organisation extracts maximum value from its digital platforms by enabling smooth, structured collaboration across functions, improving communication flows, and promoting innovation and encouraging innovation and learning.

Your contributions will be appreciated and you will

  • Manage and coordinate our Systems Excellence Communities for super-users of Maestro, Salesforce, and D365
  • Support System Excellence in preparing material for decision making forums and creating Systems Roadmap
  • Communicate and engage with super users, process owners, DDI and senior leadership, ensuring everyone is well informed about system updates, changes, and improvement initiatives
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate community meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes
  • Develop and curate content for meetings, newsletters, and change communication related to our digital systems
  • Ensure consistent documentation quality, including meetings content and training materials
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, knowledge‑sharing events and cross-functional workshops
  • Work across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure clarity, alignment, and high adoption of system-related processes and standards
  • Contribute to building a super-user network and support continuous improvement in system governance and collaboration

To thrive in the role, we imagine you

  • Experience in change management, communication, or stakeholder management within digital or supply-chain environments
  • Are organized, take initiative, and are comfortable leading meetings with diverse groups
  • Communicate clearly and can translate complex system topics into simple, engaging messages.
  • Enjoy facilitating communities and building relationships across functions
  • Are curious about digital platforms such as Maestro, Salesforce, or D365, or are eager to learn them
  • Are comfortable planning activities, coordinating content, and ensuring things happen on time and with high quality
  • Work well both managing your own workload and collaboratively with a clear sense of ownership and follow‑through.
  • Are highly organised with reliable follow‑through and attention to detail
