As our new Student Assistant for Group IT Solutions, you will join an innovative team at our global headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.

You will work with stakeholders across the organization and will have a variety of tasks related to system maintenance. These incl. contributing to creating strategies for our applications together with the organization, providing status updates, and administration of the applications.

A key part of the job is to collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders across the business and across borders.

You will work in a hybrid, global environment with changing priorities and report to the Head of Group Solutions, Dorte Lundberg.

Your contribution is appreciated

Your primary responsibility is to support with ongoing daily tasks and responsibilities, which may change, as you progress in your new position.

Your initial tasks include:

  • Administrative work including resolving tickets and providing access to some of our applications.

  • Contribute to ensure System compliance to IT-Security, Data Privacy, and regulations from Authorities. This activity includes creation of relevant documentation.

  • Contribute to implementation of Minor Enhancements e.g. test-involvement.

You will contribute to innovation by researching and implementing new sustainable technologies and processes. You will thereby, contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you: 

  • Have min. 2 years of your Master studies remaining within IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Communication or similar fields of studies.

  • Knowledge of IT is optional; the key qualities are openness to learning, a structured approach, motivation, and reliability in finishing work.

  • Are organized and able to adjust to changing priorities in your work.

  • Are committed to developing your skillset and accepting responsibility.

  • Possess communication skills and are fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • Are self-driven, curious, outspoken, and social.

  • Have significant knowledge working with Teams/SharePoint and Powerpoint.
