  • Take ownership of improvement projects for systems of different maturity

  • Support strategies for mapping and optimizing R&D systems and the data stored in them, as well as ownership, accessibility and related processes and KPI’s

  • In your improvement projects, educate colleagues on systems and data best practices to enable seamless integration of AI.

  • Collaborate with vendors, users, and IT support and analysts across multiple systems to ensure an innovative and efficient R&D systems environment

  • Build and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support innovative and efficient processes and solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our systems to optimize engagement and project execution.

This role will require some travel, approximately 5-10 days per year. More travel days are optional but not a requirement.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience working with stakeholders within R&D, IT, Product Management and Operations.

  • Are a proficient facilitator known for understanding and simplifying processes.

  • Have advanced communication skills and can collaborate across teams, regions, cultures and stakeholders to create results.

  • Have advanced problem-solving abilities in agile environments.
